The notable person that I would like to research for this term is Stan Lee. He is notable for many reasons, including creating over 300 comic book characters. Most people around the world have heard or seen something to do with Marvel through Lees movies, but there's more to Stan Lee than meets the eye.   

 

Did you ever wonder who created marvel? Well, I would like to research further and give you the answers to this easy question. The main reason I would like to find out more about this notable person is because Stan Lee inspires people to be better. If someone is going through a hard time financially or mentally, they can just look at Stan Lee through his stories and superheroes to feel better.  

 

Stan Lee grew up in a hard place. He was really poor when he was a child and spent part of his childhood during the Great Depression .That tough! Lee and his younger brother, Larry, watched his parents struggle to make ends meet for the family. When his dad lost his job in Great Depression, Stan stared working straight away from an early age. Lee's ultimate dream was to create an novel, so he made a plan. And from there he worked super hard with just a couple of hundred dollars and he later became a millionaire. That just shows you anyone can do anything if they believe they can.  

 

Without Stan Lee the world would have been completely different place because people would not have had a chance to enjoy his stories. If you haven't heard of Marvel, then stop living under a rock. As of August 2021, the Marvel Cinematic Universe series was the highest-grossing film franchise with total worldwide box office revenue of 22.93 billion U.S. dollars. That is a crazy amount of money made by Marvel. But amazingly, Stan Lee didn’t make all his big money from Marvel. He created a foundation to help people less fortunate than himself. The Stan Lee Foundation was known in 2010 to focus on literacy, education, and the arts. Its goals include supporting programs and ideas that improve access to literacy resources, as well as promoting a range of culture ideas for the arts. Lee even donated portions of his own money to the University of Wyoming many times between 1981 and 2001. He has made a lot of money from his life to help the world, it's not just from Marvel. 

 

Stan Lee won a whopping 7 awards in his lifetime because of his creativity, coming up with new ideas and helping people. He also changed his name when he was younger from Lieber to Stan Lee while he was doing his first trying to write novels. Even this story of his name change is notable! Lee was hired as an editorial assistant for Timely Comics and in 1942 he was promoted to editor. By that time he had begun writing comic-book scripts for Timely he change his name because … I tell you once you have let me chose Stan Lee as my notable person. Unfortunately, Stan Lee died due to heart failure recently, but he is still remembered as a great man. 

 

I would like to propose that Stan Lee is my Notable person because of all the amazing things he has done and characters and stores he has created during his life and all the joy he has brought to people around the world.
